PVC Edge Banding
Stella Dekor produces PVC edge banding using UV printing and UV lacquering systems, in full compliance with international environmental standards. Our production process is lead-free and does not contain substances harmful to human health, ensuring safe and sustainable use in furniture manufacturing.
Standard PVC thicknesses include 0.4 mm, 0.8 mm, and 2 mm. Upon request, we offer custom production from 0.3 mm up to 2 mm, providing maximum flexibility for different applications.
We manufacture jumbo rolls with a width of 680 mm for solid-color products, and 640 mm for woodgrain, high gloss, and super matt finishes. Customized widths can also be produced according to customer requirements—please contact us for tailored solutions.
